What is the warranty on Patton® Products?
The warranty for Patton products ranges from one to 25 years, depending on the model number. If you would like to know if your Patton product is still within the warranty period, check the manufacturer's date code/model number on your product.

Where can I find the model number and the manufacturer's date code on my Patton® product?
On Patton fans, the manufacturer's date/code number can be found on the back or side of the motor. The date code/model number on Patton heaters and humidifiers can be found on the back or bottom of the product. Please keep in mind, that date codes/model numbers are usually imbedded into plastics and may be hard to read.

The date code should read:
Control#
HBF20-002 0426
HBF=Model 00=Year 2=Factory 04=Month 26=Day


If my Patton® product is within the warranty period, and it no longer operates what do I do?
If your product stops functioning properly, and is within the first 30 (thirty) days of purchase, please return it to the store for an exchange or refund. After 30 (thirty) days and within the warranty period, you must contact an Authorized Patton Service Center to have your product repaired or replaced.
